Penetrating oil loosens rust and corrosion formed by alkali, fruit acids, water, and electrolysis. Low surface tension allows the oil to migrate into tight spaces and along threaded fasteners. Reduces the tugging and pounding sometimes required to loosen screws and bolts. Loosens tar, dirt, and carbon on stubborn, rusted bolts.

BENEFITS:
Only a few drops of Penetrating Oil is needed, it contains no acid and is effective against salt-water corrosion. Penetrating Oil has a fast penetrating action and displaces moisture. Penetrating Oil makes disassembly of parts possible with savings in time and materials.

APPLICATIONS:
Quick release for nuts, bolts, pipes, fittings, pumps, pulleys, battery cables, roller conveyers, hinges and valves. Use on metals, alloys, rubber, and most painted surfaces.

DIRECTIONS:
Test a small area first to assure surface compatibility. Use at room temperature for best results.
Aerosol: Shake well before use. Hold can 6 " to 10 " from surface, spraying liberally and uniformly. Use extension tube for hard-to-reach areas and pinpoint accuracy.
Bulk: Dip, brush, or spray on.

KETERANGAN
F-331OIL SPILL DISPERSANT adalah pendispersi minyak yang mengandung surfactant dengan kadar racun rendah dan pelarut.

KEGUNAAN
Pembersihan terhadap tumpahan minyak , termasuk minyak tanah, kerosene, gas-oil, minyak yang tumpah di pabrik, atau pelabuhan, saluran air, di laut atau di pengeboran lepas pantai.

KELEBIHANNYA
• F-331 OSD merubah cairan hydrocarbon menjadi emulsi. Perubahan menjadi partikel-partikel yang sangat kecil menimbulkan efek-efek : untuk akselerasi degradasi lebih lanjut oleh marine bacteria, untuk mengeliminasi efek pelapisan yang mempengaruhi perubahan medium physicochemical antara atmosfir dan marine.
• Dapat diterima oleh lingkungan hidup, F-331 OSD mengandung surfactant yang sifatnya biodegradable.

PETUNJUK PEMAKAIAN
Polusi di Pabrik
• Lapisan minyak yang tercampur dengan air bila langsung dibuang ke sungai dapat mencemari lingkungan. Jika lapisan minyak cukup tebal dipisahkan terlebih dahulu sebelum didispersi.
• Tambahkan F-331 OSD ke atas lapisan minyak tunggu selama 30 s/ d 60 menit dan aduk.
• Jika lapisan minyak masih ada tambahakan F-331 OSD seperlunya.
Polusi di Pelabuhan
• Sebelum menggunakan F-331 OSD dianjurkan untuk mengelilingi tumpahan minyak dengan oil boom, jika lapisan minyak cukup tebal untuk di skim atau soak dengan menggunakan oil absorbent powder.
• Siramkan FAST 331 OSD ke tumpahan minyak dengan hand spray gun jika tumpahan tidak terlalu besar, atau dengan oil spraying boom yang disambungkan pada air pollution control vessels. Yakinkan produk dapat menyebar ke seluruh tumpahan minyak sebelum gelombang dari mesin kapal menutupinya denga air.
• Tunggu selama 30 sampai 60 menit agar minyak dapat mnyerap produk, kemudian aduk campuran minyak dan dispersant dengan menggunakan firehouse atau peralatan lain untuk agitasi.
Cleaning & Maintenance Chemical for Industrial
• Tumpahan pada dinding dock dapat dihilangkan denga F-331 OSD yaitu : semprotkan produk langsung dan biarkan selama 30 menit, lalu minyak dapat dihilangkan dengan menggunakan fire house. Jika lapisan minyak masih ada , ulangi seperlunya.
Polusi di Laut dan Offshore Drilling Platforms
Metode yang dilakukan sama dengan diatas
• Kelilingi tumpahan minyak dengan oil boom. Dapat dilakukan dengan tiga cara yang berbeda :
- ditarik oleh dua outboard vessel,
- mencegat oil spill yang terbawa arus
- tambatkan kedua ujung pada dua buoys. Teknik ini yang paling sering digunakan di offshore platforms
• Pompa atau skim off tumpahan minyak.

DOSIS PRODUK
• Light hydro carbon ( light crude oil, kerosene, gas-oil) , 100 liter F-331 OSD per 1000 liter hydrocarbon ringan.
• Intermediate crude oil : 150 liter F-331 OSD per 1000 liter crude oil
• Heavy Hydrocarbon ( oxidized crude oil, residual fuels oil : 200 liter F-331 OSD per 1000 liter heavy hydrocarbon ) .

Hydroulic / Rubber Hose

Reasons to use rubber hose assemblies:

Generally easier to route a hose assembly over, under, around, or through a series of obstacles
Generally easier to replace in the field
Generally more widely available than either hard line or metal flex assembly
Availability of wide range of hose types for wide range of applications
Wide range of pressure ratings up to 10,000 psi
Great resistance to vibration when used with proper fittings

Reasons to consider alternative solutions:

Rubber hoses cannot withstand as much pressure and external forces as hard lines can.
Rubber hoses are not as space efficient as hard lines.
Rubber hose assemblies age and need to be periodically replaced.
